I came in to pick up my prescriptions and was initially given two. Earlier the CVS app showed that I had three prescriptions ready, but when I rechecked the app at the counter it suddenly showed two. When I asked about the missing prescription, the pharmacist stated she had just put it back. When I asked her to retrieve it so I could pick up all of my medications together, she seemed hesitant and suggested I complete two separate transactions instead of simply voiding the first one and allowing me to pay for everything together. This created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, when confirming the medication I was asking about, the pharmacist loudly repeated the name of the prescription in front of other customers. This made me uncomfortable because prescriptions are personal health information and should be discussed more discreetly to protect patient privacy. I have picked up prescriptions at this CVS location many times before and have never had this type of interaction with a pharmacist here. Because of that, this experience stood out to me. I would recommend additional guidance or training for staff regarding professionalism, patient confidentiality, and how to efficiently resolve prescription issues for customers.

Clean pharmacy located on 2nd floor of Target, with knowledgable staff. Masuma helped me multiple times with a transferring issue from another pharmacy and went out of her way to make sure I was helped and taken care of. Always a friendly smile as well

Trying to refill a medication using an automated system over the phone is by far one of the most frustrating experiences a customer can have. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to refill a single prescription. There should also be an option to actually speak with a pharmacist or a pharmacy assistant.

I don’t know what was in the air today but each person I interacted with was fantastic! The pharmacist, Dr. Khan (Kahn?), could not have been more helpful or kind. She administered three flu vaccines to me and my children and give us our prescriptions immediately after. Jazzman, the pharmacy technician, was also very kind in assisting a new employee, but taking over when they were not getting the hang of it to facilitate workflow. No one was left waiting due to this dynamic duo! Glenda at the returns counter was beyond kind, and Allison, our checkout person, was super cheerful, despite being almost 6 PM in the evening. What a rockstar team you have here, Target!

Not sure what’s going on here but teh last 2 times I’ve gone to pick up my meds, the tech has been so rude and dismissive. Maybe additional training or hire more ppl so she’s not overworked?
